I would like to be very clear,

I understand and completely agree with all of the concerns people have with Girls. I am not ignoring them, I want the same things for the future of the show as everyone else does. I think there is definite white washing going on and the was y they handle certain aspects of issues on the show. That being said,

I think the writing is very good, I think it is a very funny show, and I identify a lot with some of the characters. I grew up watching Sex & The City and I watch HBO more than any other station on TV, so I do watch and enjoy Girls as a whole.

I will be tagging every post I make about Girls, as Girls in the future and hope that I don’t ostracize any of my followers because of my viewership.

Thank you for your time. This was a completely unnecessary post, and if you read it all you have the patience of a saint.
